Any money in your Wallet stays available until you use it.
Wallet Cash is non-refundable once loaded. If you place a food order using your Wallet Cash, you have a 15-minute cancellation window from the time of order placement. Cancellations within this window are instantly returned to your Wallet Cash balance. After 15 minutes all sales are final.
Paid Plan and Quick Reload transactions are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once completed.
Before deleting your account, here’s what you need to know about your Wallet Cash:
If you have Wallet Cash remaining: Wallet Cash is non-refundable, so we recommend using your balance before deleting your account. You’ll see these options in the app:
If you proceed with deletion while Wallet Cash remains, your balance will no longer be accessible. Unused balances are handled in accordance with New York unclaimed property law.
If your balance is $0: Go to Profile → Delete Account. You’ll receive a confirmation email before your account is permanently deleted.
Using “Sign in with Apple”? If you don’t see the confirmation email, you may have used Hide My Email. To find your relay address:

Flash Grüb connects you with surplus and pre-order discounted meals from participating vendors. All items are prepared and handled by the restaurant or vendor directly. For specific questions about ingredients, allergens, or food handling, we encourage you to reach out to them directly.
Surplus meals are end-of-day items available in limited quantities. Pre-Order meals are select discounted regular items (1–2 options) that may vary daily.
At the restaurant, scan the store’s unique QR code using the Flash Grüb app.
A confirmation screen will appear and you will show it to staff to receive your meal.
This screen expires after 5 minutes so scan when ready to pick up your order.
