Yes. All paid plans renew monthly.

You can switch to the Free Plan anytime in Account Settings.

After switching:

  • You keep paid plan benefits until the end of your billing period
  • Your Wallet balance remains available to use anytime
  • You switch back to the Free Plan after your billing period
  • Any remaining Wallet balance stay available

Auto-refill keeps your wallet funded automatically

  • Adds credits when balance drops below $5
  • Prevents failed checkouts
  • Can be turned off anytime

 

No. Any funds in your Wallet stay available until you use them to purchase meals.

Yes. All meals are fresh and safe to eat.

Surplus meals are same-day unsold items in limited quantities.
Regular meals are select discounted items (1–2 options) that may change daily.

At the restaurant, scan the store’s unique QR code using the Flash Grüb app.

A confirmation screen will appear and you will show it to staff to receive your meal.
This screen expires after 5 minutes so scan when ready to pick up your order.

Yes, you can cancel within 15 minutes of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your order is locked so the restaurant can prepare or reserve your food.

This helps restaurants prepare efficiently and reduces food waste.

Yes. You can manage:

  • Order updates
  • Pickup reminders
  • Subscription alerts

Go to Profile → Delete Account.

You’ll receive an email to confirm your request before your account is permanently deleted.

Using “Sign in with Apple”?

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, you likely used Hide My Email. To find it:

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Sign in with Apple.
  2. Tap our App Name in the list.
  3. This page will show you the exact relay email address used (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).
  4. Tap the Delete button at the bottom of that page to disconnect your Apple ID from our app. 

 

Note: This action is permanent and will stop all future communication between Apple and this app.
